  CANCELLATION
  Penalties applied on the entire amount booked:
  From the date of confirmation to 11 days before arrival: 50% penalty
  From 10 to 4 days before arrival: 75% penalty
  3 days before arrival or interruption of the stay: payment of the entire amount

  PRICES: include electricity, water and one clean up. Telephone and pay tv excluded
  DEPOSIT: € 300,00 upon arrival. It will be given after the inventory
  EXTRA CLEANING: For extra cleaning, excluded the kitchenware, the price is:
  Mono € 30,00 - Bilo € 40,00 - Trilo € 50,00 - Only cleaning of the Kitchenware € 30,00
  TIDY UP DURING THE WEEK: Bed, dry cleaning of the paviment and bathroom:
  Mono € 15,00 - Bilo € 20,00 - Trilo € 30,00
  CHANGE OF SHEETS AND TOWELS: € 12,00 per person (obligatory every week)
  GARAGE: Car € 10,00 per day- € 40,00 per week - € 100,00 per month - Motocycle 50% discount
